Flower of the day

Well It is a hot humid day in SC. A hawk just visited my bird bath and the birds are chirping away. Too bad I could not get to my camera quick enough. Oh well maybe some other time.

I thought I share my unusual flower with you. It was quite simple. Do you know how I did this?

  3. Guess I better look up the strawberry flower! My guess is...well, I had 2 thoughts. One was making a second row of Josephine knots after the initial motif but my second thought was 2 shuttles and making the jk's at the same time as the base flower but with the second shuttle...somehow. LOL!
