Twinkle Tatted Icicle

I found this tiny icicle pattern in the June/July 1990 issue of Workbasket called Twinkle Tatted Icicle by Charlene G. Finiello. I added the red ribbon which I thought gave it a more Christmas feel. There is another icicle pattern in that same issue that is a half an inch larger, but it does not look frilly like this one.
