Every year I give out my homemade Bon Bons to family members. I usually decorate Whitman sampler boxes, but I have run out of them and now have to make handmade boxes. I usually decorate my boxes with a paper Christmas poinsettia. But this year I decided to enter Isdihara's challenge, so here is what I came up with for my design to the top of my box. I used my baby orchid design and my Butterfly heart design. I found the box creation at
Scor-pal I used the large cup cake box and ad lib the center sections.
My box is a 4 1/8 inch square and 1.5 inches high

that is just beautiful, someone is going to have a real treasure besides the bonbons to keep for sure! very very pretty, you did a really nice job, and who ever gets that box will know how much you care for them, because of all the special thought and time it takes in such a hand made gift. It truly is beautiful.
ReplyDeletethe box is absolutely beautiful. love it very much.

ReplyDeleteGood Luck on the contest!
Looking back on this box because it is so beautiful. You did a fabulous job on it and (I know I said this before but I really mean it.) I wish all the contest entries could have been awarded prizes. Did you make a bon bon box this year? If so, can you share a photo, once the lucky recipient receives his or her (or their) box?
ReplyDeleteIsDihara,
DeleteThank you for your comment. I did not make a Bon Bon box this year, I was on a 2 month trip across country and did not return until 12/17/2013.
